Mushrooms are our friends.

Our mushrooms are lovingly grown at home and packaged by hand.  We believe in the beneficial power of the mushroom, based on our own experiences and those shared with us by friends. We offer curated blends for microdosing and monthly limited editions of varietals.

Varietal For February ~ Bluey Vuitton

Bluey Vuitton mushrooms, often referred to for their distinctive blue coloration and potent psychoactive properties, are gaining attention for their potential benefits in both therapeutic and recreational contexts. These mushrooms contain psilocybin, a naturally occurring compound known for its mind-altering effects. Recent studies suggest that psilocybin could have positive impacts on mental health, particularly in treating conditions like depression, anxiety, and PTSD. When consumed in a controlled environment, these mushrooms may facilitate profound personal insights, emotional breakthroughs, and a heightened sense of well-being. This makes Bluey Vuitton mushrooms particularly popular in therapeutic settings where individuals seek to explore their inner consciousness in a safe and supportive environment.

I’ve been microdosing for a little over two months now. I started with the beginner protocol (Fadiman’s) and let the medicine guide me from there. I’m currently 2 days on, 2-3 days off. Upon advice from my therapist, I’ll be making a short term switch to 4 days on and 3 off to work through some of my anxiety issues.

Everyday that I dose, I set an intention which helps me channel the medicine to where it needs to go. Working with the medicine has helped me rebuild positive neural pathways allowing me to break negative patterns.

In 2021, I came down with a mystery illness, perhaps a variant of COVID. My body basically shut down; I lost fifteen pounds. There was a mental aspect to it I have never experienced before. As I came out of it, I was filled with anxiety and uncertainty.

I started microdosing:  the Stamets protocol, 4 days on, 3 days off. I noticed an immediate improvement in my mood and thinking. In fact, my mental recovery outpaced my physical recovery.

Mushrooms are our friends and for that I am grateful.

I started with the Fadiman protocol – 1 day on, 2 off. Also, as one with AUD, I’ve found the desire to drink lessening.

Normally during the holiday and winter months I experience depression. This year, I didn’t. Not that I felt excited or uplifted by the season but I didn’t feel the typical depression.  Also, as one with AUD, I’ve found the desire to drink lessening.
